  2. Ditching the spinlocks would “seem” like a good idea but its NOT. Safety should be #1 nomatter how silly it may seem. Ive seen friends hurt cuz of stupid crap, and its not worth it. If that extra time saves u from being injured then it is more then worth it. NO PAIN NO GAIN! , more like NO PAIN NO INJUREY!

  3. OMG this s my firt tme doing this and i had to take breaks! i managed to go an hour doing 5 sets with a 5 min break in between.. resulting in maybe 20-25 sets. Man, it’s so hard to type, the amount of times ive had to press backspace!!

  7. do you have a chest and a leg workout? i saw this one and the one for lats and they look amazing and i’m going to give them a whirl, but I am in the ARMY and the chest and tricep areas are the ones you need for pushups and legs for running and all that jazz

  17. change protein supp. see if thats what causes ur anxiety. try to get more rest days. ur prolly working out too much. remember do not over train. also get enough sleep. i suggest follow scoobs workout plan on his site. beginner, intermediate n advance. they work well for me. dont expect to be hulk in a few weeks or months..might take a year or more…be patient. hope this helps..

  20. tiny wrists with heavy weights will always be an issue.. I get it too man. Just wrap em up, it will support your wrists from arthritis, but it’s good to let em up probably once or twice a week, to strengthen them. I know you can only stengthen muscles, but it does actually help.

    it puts your wrists in a more natural position.
    should stop your wrists from hurting as much.

  25. it does it just when i lift heavy on dumells aswell anytrhing with bicep hurts my wrist
